Activity Levels

Our trips are immersive and hands-on, created to help you connect with nature and push your boundaries. We encourage you to move at your own pace (all experience levels are welcome), but prepare for an active outdoor adventure.

  • Average day: Expect to spend up to six hours outdoors. We’ll tailor the running sessions to match your pace and experience, while paddling and climbing sessions are thoughtfully designed to build your skills step by step.

  • Challenge day: On day six, we’ll spend all day on the water, exploring archipelagos by kayak.

In Bohuslän, May typically brings temperatures of 10–16°C (50–60°F), with occasional warmer days reaching up to 20°C (68°F). It’s a popular season for outdoor activities among Swedes.

Accommodation

Our handpicked stays are locally owned, full of character and deeply connected to the landscape. Expect comfort without excess, welcoming hosts and nature right at your doorstep.

We intentionally limit this trip to just two accommodations for the full week (no hotel-hopping every other night), creating a slower, more immersive experience. For this trip, we’ll first settle into Halleröds House, the private home of chef Rickard Halleröd, offering a cosy, local touch. Later, we’ll stay at Skärgards Idyllen, a waterfront retreat with stunning sea views and direct access to the water.
